1.- You just need to have the ring that fits you best and a ruler at hand.
2.- Then measure the inside diameter of the ring and you will get a measurement in millimetres.
3.- Finally you only have to compare the measurement of the inner diameter of your ring with the table of equivalences of Luz de Nehca.
4.- As an example: If your ring has a diameter of 17.5 mm, the size of your Luz de Nehca ring is M.
