Where does the organic silver and gold used in your designs come from? 

The silver and gold we use in our designs comes from mines certified by the FAIRMINED alliance for responsible mining. We are licensees and we are proud to use this material in our designs because we help the mining community. We reduce our environmental impact by not using toxic chemicals (cyanide or mercury) for extraction. 

Therefore our metals are not only ethical, ecological and sustainable, but also certified.

 How is Luz de Nehca different from other jewellery brands?

At Luz de Nehca we don't make conventional jewellery, we make sustainable jewellery. We are committed to caring for the environment and human rights.

We fuse tradition with technology and design with sustainability. Our designs bring R&D (research and development) to your jewellery box and are based on a goldsmith formula that results in jewellery with a positive impact.

Does the jewellery I buy differ from the one photographed on the website?

We do our best to make sure that the photos are 100% representative of the jewellery you are going to receive at home.

And you know what? We don't succeed because most of the #NehcaWomen tell us that they are much more beautiful when they receive them at home than on the web.

Could I make a change to a piece of jewellery on the website and personalise my order?

We have customised pendants for a group of close friends. We have changed the material of a piece of jewellery. We have made the engagement ring for many brides and we have made rings of all sizes. So we can also make your jewellery come true.

Is it easy to find out my ring size?

To know your ring size is very simple: 

1.- You just need to have the ring that best suits you and a ruler at hand. 

2.- Then measure the inside diameter of the ring and you will get a measurement in millimetres. 

3.- Finally you only have to compare the measurement of the inner diameter of your ring with the table of equivalences of Luz de Nehca. 

4.- As an example: If your ring has a diameter of 16 mm, the size of your Luz de Nehca ring is M.

How can I find out the size of my bracelet?

This is how easy it is to know the size of your bracelet:

Approximately the circumference of a woman's wrist measures between 17 and 18 cm, so it is recommended to add 2 cm more to get the perfect length of the bracelet. Our standard sizes are as follows: 

S - 17 cm: if your wrist circumference is between 15 and 16 cm. 

M - 19 cm: if your wrist circumference is between 17 and 18 cm. 

L - 21 cm: if your wrist circumference is between 19 and 20 cm.

What is the guarantee on Luz de Nehca jewellery?

Can I know if a sold out piece of jewellery is going to be produced again?

Normally, when a piece of jewellery from our collection is sold out, it is because the natural stone we have used has run out or because we have made a limited edition. But even so, we always keep a piece from our collection for these special cases. Don't hesitate to ask us if we still have one in our jewellery box.

Is it possible to receive my order personalised and gift-wrapped?

With pleasure! Tell us how you want to personalise it, if it is a birthday present, an engagement present, etc., who you want to give it to and what we should write in our personalised note.

What if the item I receive is defective?

No problem. Tell us about the defect and we will fix it as soon as possible.

But I can tell you in advance that this will not happen because quality, like sustainability, is our obsession.
