SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS

HOW WE SHIP OUR PRODUCTS

The prices of the products offered on our website are indicated in euros (€). All our prices include taxes at origin. As the buyer, you are responsible for paying any possible taxes or customs duties to which the shipment is subject at destination, if necessary.

If, on the other hand, you do not want to pay them and the package is held up by customs, you will be responsible for the cost of returning it to our workshop. If you need any clarification, please contact us at hola@luzdenehca.com.

We ship to almost every country in the world.

These shipments will require a signed confirmation of delivery. If your country is not listed in our database, please contact us at hola@luzdenehca.com.

The shipping address may be different from that of the person making the payment. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

For both domestic and international shipments, shipping costs will be calculated in the selected currency after you have added the jewellery to your basket. After completing your details we will also indicate the delivery time.

We ship and return our products using the transport company TIPS@.

Spain (excluding the Canary and Balearic Islands): FREE SHIPPING delivery time between 3 - 5 working days.

Balearic Islands - 10.25 €.

Canary Islands - 9.50 € - Ceuta

12.15 € - Ceuta and Melilla

11.52 € - Andorra

8.10 € - Portugal

If you prefer, you can choose the EXPRESS delivery and you will receive it within 24 - 48 hours and its cost is 8.95 €.

European shipping costs are:

15.50 € - Germany, France and Monaco.

15.90 - Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, San Marino and Vatican.

17.70 - Switzerland, United Kingdom, Hungary, Liechtenstein, Poland, Slovenia and Slovakia.

25.30 - Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Croatia, Ireland, Lithuania, Latvia, Norway, Serbia, Romania and Sweden.

32.20 € - Cyprus, Greece, Malta and Turkey.

44.00 € - Albania, Bosnia Herzegovina, Faroe Islands, Iceland, Montenegro, Macedonia and Kosovo.

Intercontinental shipping costs are:

42 - South and Central America

DELIVERY / NON-DELIVERY

Without prejudice to Clause 5 of the General Terms and Conditions above and unless extraordinary circumstances occur, we will endeavour to dispatch the order of the product(s) listed in the Dispatch Confirmation within a maximum of 72 hours for ordinary orders (in working days). It is possible that this delivery time may be delayed by up to 15 - 20 days for any of the following reasons:

If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date:

We will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option to go ahead with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid. Please note that we do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

We consider delivery to have been made correctly when you have signed for receipt of the jewellery at the agreed delivery address.

If we are unable to make the delivery, we will try to find a safe place to leave the package. If we are unable to find a safe place, the courier company will try again the next day. They will leave you a note explaining where your parcel is and how to arrange for it to be resent to you.

RETURNS

THIS IS HOW WE HANDLE YOUR RETURNS

If you want to make a return, our company TIPS@ will take care of collecting the product for FREE.

If you are not satisfied with the jewellery we have sent you, you can return it for an exchange or refund. In this case you have a period of 30 calendar days after receipt of the purchase, including the day of delivery, to return the product and its refund, without any penalty.

Do not forget to inform us of your intention to return the product before the end of the indicated period to the following email address: hola@luzdenehca.com.

Luz de Nehca will only accept the return, exchange or refund of our jewellery if the following conditions are met:

You have notified your intention to return the jewellery within the period indicated in the previous paragraph.
The jewellery must be unused, in a perfect state of cleanliness and conservation, without having been modified, cleaned or damaged.
Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
Our company Tips@ will be in charge of collecting the product at the place you indicate in your return email and it will be completely FREE.
If you have exercised your right to return the goods in accordance with the above conditions, we will refund the amount paid once we have received the goods.

To date we have NEVER had a return and we are super proud of it!!!!
