Sometimes we keep jewelry for its history. Other times, simply because we don't know what to do with it.
But when they are made of precious metals, their story can change without their material having to disappear.

Nueva Otra Vez is an initiative by Luz de Nehca to recover jewelry and precious metals that you no longer use and study how they can become valuable once again.
Each piece is examined individually because not all jewelry, materials, or conditions allow for the same process.
NOT EVERYTHING HAS TO BE THE SAME AGAIN
TRANSFORMING DOES NOT ALWAYS MEAN ERASING WHAT CAME BEFORE.
Sometimes it means preserving a part of it. Recovering a material. Changing a shape. Or simply allowing something that had been dormant for years to become part of something once again.

Do I have to send my jewelry to request information?
No. The first step is to fill out the form and tell us about your jewelry. We will contact you before you make any shipment.
Who pays for the shipping costs?
Shipping costs for jewelry to Luz de Nehca are the responsibility of the person requesting the service.
What will I receive for my jewelry?
Once the recoverable material has been analyzed and appraised, you will be able to choose between receiving a gift voucher for its value to use at Luz de Nehca or using that metal as part of the creation of a custom piece of jewelry.
Is creating a custom piece of jewelry included in the price of the metal?
No. The recovered metal will be taken into account in the project, while the design and creation of the new piece of jewelry will be budgeted separately.
What happens before my jewelry is transformed?
We will share the assessment and the available options with you. We will not begin the transformation until you have accepted the proposal.
Which metals do you accept?
GOLD: We accept gold jewelry you no longer use, whether or not it is in perfect condition.
SILVER: We accept silver jewelry that can be incorporated into our metal recovery process.
It is not necessary for you to know the exact purity or composition of your jewelry beforehand. We will take care of analyzing it.
What happens if my jewelry is not suitable or I do not agree with the valuation?
We will inform you and return the parts to you without performing any transformation.
In this case, the return shipping costs will be at your expense.
What can I do if I accept the valuation?
You can receive a gift voucher for the agreed value to use at Luz de Nehca or use the recovered metal as part of the creation of a custom piece of jewelry.
If you choose the second option, the value of the metal will be taken into account for the project, while the design and crafting of the custom jewelry will be quoted independently.
